EuroParcs Konigshof is bezig om de sleutel naar een groene wereld te krijgen door duurzamer te ondernemen. Wij doen dit aan de hand van de normen van Green Key, het internationale keurmerk voor duurzame bedrijven in de recreatie- en vrijetijdsbranche.

Hierbij kunnen we jouw hulp goed gebruiken! Je kunt ons helpen door de verlichting uit te zetten en de thermostaat op 10 graden te zetten bij afwezigheid, te letten op onnodig waterverbruik en het afval zoveel mogelijk te scheiden.

Al onze verhuurwoningen voldoen aan de Greenkey normen. We hebben op het park ook woningen die niet in de verhuur zitten, deze worden niet beoordeeld.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in is possible from 16:00 onwards. Minimum age to check in is 18 years. The main booker must be present at check-in.
Check-out is before 10:00.

Parking
Cars can be parked at the accommodation or the designated parking spaces.

Traffic rules
The maximum permitted speed is 10 km per hour. Please follow the traffic signs on the premises. Also for cyclists and other vehicles. This means walking at walking pace.

Using your car is only allowed from the entrance to your accommodation and vice versa.

Pets
Pets are allowed on our park (on request only), but please do not let them disturb fellow holidaymakers.
Dogs must be kept on a leash on the premises and let out outside. A maximum of 2 dogs per accommodation is allowed. Pets are not allowed in the public areas.

Visit
Visitors are allowed. Please report this to reception.

Rubbish
Keep the accommodation and the park clean. Rubbish can be deposited in the containers provided.

Wifi
Free wifi is available. The wifi code can be found on the router in the holiday home. If you have any questions, please contact reception.

Green Key
EuroParcs Koningshof is working to get the key to a greener world by doing business in a more sustainable way. We do this based on the standards of Green Key, the international quality mark for sustainable businesses in the recreation and leisure sector.

We could really use your help in this, too! You can help us by turning off the lights and setting the thermostat to 15 degrees when you are absent, putting the fridge on setting 1 when you leave, watching out for unnecessary water consumption and separating your waste as much as possible.

All our rental properties meet Green Key standards. We also have non-rental properties on the park, these are not assessed.

Because we value nature, the woods, the dunes and reeds, and your safery, we have a friendly reminder for you:

• Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
• Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
• When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

On holiday with your dog, that is possible with us. We have several types of accommodation where dogs are welcome. 

Dogs must be kept on a leash at the park. You can walk straight from the park towards the Schoorl Dunes National Park. Dogs are welcome here all year round. During the breeding season, from 1 March to 1 September, they must be kept on a leash to avoid disturbance. Outside this period, dogs are allowed off leash, under guard. Please note: different rules apply in the grazing areas. You will recognise these by the signs.

Dogs may run free on the beach from 1 October to 1 May.

Koningshoeve Sauna and Jacuzzi has both a sauna, which is located on the first floor, and a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is located in the garden and can accommodate up to 4 people. You can buy 3 different types of bath salts at reception for a relaxing holiday!

Schoorl beach can only be reached by foot or bicycle. Through the dunes, this distance is about 6 kilometres. By car, it is best to go to Bergen aan Zee (8 km) or Hargen aan Zee (9 km). You can park here.

The park is a quiet and small park and does not focus on children. However, there is a small playground and ping-pong table in the park. During school holidays, a scavenger hunt is organised across the park for children to do. Sometimes activities are organised, such as a campfire night or a game day. For this, you can keep an eye on the activities calendar via the EuroParcs app.

We have a launderette at the park. You can wash and/or dry for a small fee. We have 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. Take your barrier pass to reception, here you can upgrade money on the pass.

The park is 1.3 km from the centre of Schoorl. You get to the centre automatically if you turn right directly at the park exit and keep following the road. It is about a 15-minute walk to the centre of Schoorl. In the centre, you will find cosy restaurants, a large Jumbo supermarket, a pharmacy and various other shops.

Yes, you can rent bikes at the park. Ask at reception which bikes are available, or view and reserve them in advance here.
